How much can I expect to make if I invest the time with PSTL?

Why can't I see some of the drop down menus?
You might be using an older version of your web browser and need to update it to the latest. If you are using Internet Explorer and have updated to the latest version, you still may need enable to the Compatibility View. You can do this by going to the Menu Bar at the top of the page, clicking on the Tools tab and choosing Compatibility View. This should resolve the problem.

Can I enlarge the size of the print on the Cisco Webex screen share?
Yes, by locating the "floating tool bar" in the lower right hand corner of your screen. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of the question mark (?), choose view, then select screen size.

Can I log onto the Cisco Webex web cast from any computer?
Yes, you can log on as long as you have the username, password and link to the session.

Can I be logged on to the Cisco Webex web cast session on 2 different computers at one time?
No, you can only be logged on to the web cast on 1 computer at a time. Also, please refrain from giving your username or password to a friend when you are not able to use it; we monitor IP addresses.

What happens if I lose my password?

What is your trading style?
I am a technician and strategist. I like to keep it simple. Having traded for 40 years, I have learned first and foremost that "pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered." The difference between the two is patience and discipline, which is my primary commitment.

Do you keep a performance log?
Yes, we post our nightly day trading results on the homepage of our site and Swing Trading results can be found under the RESULTS tab. However, results can vary dramatically. For example, let's say we both get in at the same price but one of us exits sooner. Over the course of the day, month or year, that would change our "results" dramatically. What is your privacy and email policy?
We promise we will never sell your email address or personal information. We respect our subscribers and would like you to stay one. Occasionally we might send out a promotional offer to our subscribers but it would be infrequent and worth your while.

What happens if you're out of town or on vacation?
It's hard to keep me away, I enjoy the markets and being able to show you how I do things, not to mention, I like making money; but just like you, I will occasionally need a break. In the event I am out of town or on vacation, I will more than likely still be trading and broadcasting the live webcasts, so no need to worry. However, I do have the option to take 10 vacation days per year.

What happens if there are days you do not do a live webcast when the NASDAQ and NYSE markets are open?
Those days will be rare but could happen due to personal scheduling, an emergency or a catastrophic event. On those occasions, those will be counted as vacation days. If 10 days are exceeded for any reason, we will add the appropriate number of day(s) to the end of your subscription period. Please note you cannot pause your membership as all services are prepaid.

Can I ask for advice or help?
No, I am not an advisory service. Due to regulatory rules, I cannot and will not give specific buy/sell advice, so please don't ask. I am here to teach you on how to become a better and successful trader. If you would like to open an account with me, I would be more than happy to give you advice.

How many subscribers are you allowing into your service?
We will cap our membership base if we find our subscribers begin to effect the markets. We aren't at that level yet, but we could approach it quickly, so subscribe today and start learning how be become a better and successful trader.

How does billing work?
We accept payment by credit card online. Payment is 'up front' for the month or year to come through a secure, encrypted billing gateway.

What is your refund policy?
We believe that we offer an exceptional service at a fair price and therefore we do not offer any refunds; not even on a prorated basis. You will be billed for the full month. Please be sure to cancel your subscription before it renews.

How can I best ensure that I will receive email alerts?
